Job summary

Nottingham City Council is recruiting for a Healthy Little Minds role based in Nottingham. The post supports babies and families through early intervention within a collaborative, multi‑agency framework and includes direct clinical work, training, and community engagement.

The role requires experience in safeguarding and partnership working, and offers hybrid working patterns with a starting salary of £33,673 rising to £36,581 per annum. Pro rata for part-time, 37 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in early intervention to improve outcomes for families.
• Experience working with professionals and agencies for children and families.
• Knowledge of child development, bonding and attachment.
• Understanding of safeguarding practices and multi-agency work.

Responsibilities

• Provide Healthy Little Minds services to babies and families at the right time.
• Support parent-infant relationships and delivery of parenting groups.
• Collaborate with key professionals for consultation, training and community engagement.
