Job summary

Royal Rise Primary School in Tonbridge is seeking a dedicated professional for a dual-role position combining direct pupil support with family engagement. You will work with pupils across the school, delivering targeted interventions and building supportive relationships with families to promote attendance, wellbeing and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver targeted interventions for pupils with SEND and additional needs.
• Support children in class to access learning and achieve their individual targets.
• Work closely with teachers, the SENDCo and pastoral staff to implement support strategies.
• Build positive relationships with families and provide appropriate support and guidance.
• Help improve attendance, engagement and pupil wellbeing.
• Monitor and record pupil progress and contribute to review meetings.
• Promote inclusion and ensure pupils feel safe, valued and supported.
