Qualifications

• Degree preferred; NVQ4 or equivalent by experience
• Evidence of continuing professional development
• Experience with families with multiple and complex needs
• Ability to collaborate with partners
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Determine direction and actions to progress cases daily
• Serve as source of advice and guidance to colleagues
• Undertake holistic assessments to inform family intervention plans
• Facilitate complex family meetings and balance views
• Deliver individual/group programmes to empower families
• Provide practical, personal, and emotional support in homes or other settings
• Participate in regular supervision and ensure effective interventions
• Embed principles of effective practice and manage risk with partners
• Engage in annual appraisals with defined objectives
