Job Description: Family Law Solicitor

The ideal candidate will have experience managing a mixed private family caseload, including divorce and financial matters, private children matters, and injunctions. They will be responsible for managing their own case load from initial instructions through to final order or completion.

Court advocacy skills are essential for this role.

The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, good IT skills, the ability to work under tight deadlines, and perform well under pressure.

Having the ability to drive is essential, as client appointments may take place at any of our five offices across the Greater Manchester area, and the candidate will also be required to travel to court.
