Job summary

Bydand Recruitment Services Limited is seeking a Senior Associate in Family Law for our Manchester office. You will manage a sophisticated caseload spanning divorce, financial remedy, private children matters, and pre/post-nuptial agreements.

You will work closely with senior leadership on high-value matters, including complexities such as international considerations, trusts, and pensions, while supervising junior lawyers and trainees.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with 5+ years' PQE in family law.
• Experience handling complex financial remedy and private family matters.
• Experience supervising and developing junior lawyers.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of complex divorce, financial remedy and private children matters.
• Advise on high-value cases involving businesses, trusts, pensions and complex asset structures.
• Draft and advise on pre- and post-nuptial agreements.
• Work closely with partners on highly complex or high-value matters.
• Supervise and support junior solicitors, trainees and paralegals.

The Role
