Senior Family Solicitor

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Family Solicitor to join a highly regarded specialist family law practice in Manchester.

The firm works on high net worth matters andfrequently advising on matters involving substantial and complex assets, multiple jurisdictions and significant financial interests.

You will work closely with senior lawyers and have the opportunity to take a meaningful role in complex family matters, including:

• Complex divorce and separation matters
• Business Divorce
• Freezing Injunctions
• Multi-jurisdictional financial arrangements
• Child Arrangements
• Pre-nuptial, post-nuptial and cohabitation agreements
• Private children matters, including cases with an international element

The firm's client base means that matters are frequently highly confidential, sensitive and strategically complex, requiring a Family Solicitor who can combine excellent technical ability with sound judgement and exceptional client management.

About You

We are seeking an ambitious and driven Family Solicitor who is passionate about building a successful career while delivering outstanding legal advice and exceptional client service.

You will ideally have:

• Qualification as a solicitor in England & Wales
• Solid experience in family law
• Experience of financial remedy work, ideally involving high-value or complex assets
• An interest in high net worth and/or international family law
• Excellent technical and analytical skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
