A highly regarded Legal 500 boutique in Liverpool seeks a Family Solicitor / Associate / Senior Associate to join its growing team. You will handle divorce, financial remedy and private children matters for high-net-worth clients in a modern, entrepreneurial environment.

This role offers exposure to complex, privately funded financial work, business interests and significant assets. You will manage a varied caseload from inception to resolution and contribute to networking and business

Qualifications

• Qualified Family Law Solicitor / Associate / Senior Associate with 2–5 years PQE.
• Experience in divorce and financial remedy (ancillary relief).
• Experience with HNW clients or complex financial matters preferred.
• Strong commercial awareness and client-facing confidence.

Responsabilités

• Advise on divorce, financial remedy, and private children matters.
• Handle complex, privately funded work including cases involving business interests, investments, and significant assets.
• Manage a varied caseload independently from inception to resolution.
• Support senior lawyers on high-value financial cases.
• Participate actively in networking and business development to build the firm's presence in Liverpool.

Eligibility:

• Qualified Family Law Solicitor / Associate / Senior Associate with 2–5 years PQE.
• Essential experience in divorce and financial remedy (ancillary relief).
• Prior exposure to HNW clients or complex financial matters is preferred.
• Strong commercial awareness, interpersonal skills, and client-facing confidence.
