Family Solicitor, 3+ Years PQE, Worcestershire, Locum Opportunity, £45 - £50 per hour, part-time, office-based. A new role for a Locum Family Solicitor to join a friendly and supportive team in a temporary basis.
JOB REF: 0718.

THE ROLE:
• You will be responsible for a varied private family law caseload to include Divorce and separation, financial remedy matters and Private Children issues
• Progressing live files and preparing for and attending a court hearing
• Working alongside dedicated administrative and secretarial support

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• A qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 3+ years PQE in family law
• Proven experience in private family matters, with confidence handling cases independently
• A background in locum work, able to integrate quickly and hit the ground running
• Strong communication and case management skills
