Hawthorne-Finch Talent Solutions in the United Kingdom is seeking a Family Solicitor (NQ–2 PQE) to join a busy Telford team handling privately funded matters.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor (England and Wales) NQ to 2 PQE (or equivalent).
• Completed a Family Law seat or has gained experience in family matters.

Responsibilities

• Advising on divorce and separation matters
• Supporting on financial settlements and financial remedy work
• Handling private children matters including child arrangements
• Advising on cohabitation disputes and agreements
• Drafting prenuptial and postnuptial agreements
• Advising on child maintenance and financial provision
• Supporting clients on domestic abuse matters
• Assisting on adoption, surrogacy and fertility law matters
• Advising on property disputes involving family relationships
• Drafting separation agreements and providing relationship advice for unmarried couples

Family Solicitor (NQ–2 PQE)

Location: Telford

Salary: £32,000 to £42,000

Experience: NQ to 2 years’ PQE (or equivalent)

If you are a newly qualified Family Solicitor (or up to 2 years’ PQE) looking to build your career in a supportive, well-regarded team, this is a great opportunity in Telford. You will gain exposure to a broad range of privately funded family matters and play an important role supporting clients through sensitive and often life-changing situations.

Our client is looking to recruit a Family Solicitor to join an established and successful team. You will work alongside experienced lawyers, develop your technical skills and benefit from a constructive, solutions-focused approach that aims to minimise conflict and achieve practical outcomes.

This role offers high-quality private family work and a clear development pathway. You will be supported to build confidence running matters, strengthen your client-care skills and broaden your experience across a wide range of family law issues.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Commercial awareness and a solutions-focused approach
