Job summary

CJHH, a long-established high street firm in Port Talbot, is seeking a Family Solicitor with 3+ PQE to join a busy family department. The role offers hybrid working for the right candidate and includes a varied caseload across privately funded and publicly funded work, including matrimonial finance, divorce, and children matters.

You will work closely with Directors and other fee earners, providing expert guidance and client-focused service in a Lexcel-accredited environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ PQE in Family Solicitor role
• Experience handling privately funded and publicly funded cases
• Experience with divorce and children matters

Responsibilities

• Handle a varied caseload of family law matters including matrimonial finance, divorce and children cases.
• Work closely with Directors and other fee earners to manage cases effectively.
• Advise clients on private and publicly funded matters and compliance with Lexcel standards

An opportunity has arisen for a Family Solicitor to join a long established high street firm who are Lexcel accredited and have been providing legal services over many years. We have a well established Family Department which advises clients on family law and public law children matters. Hybrid working may be considered for the correct candidate. The Family Solicitor will join a dedicated team and you will work closely with the Directors and other fee earners. You will deal with a varied caseload of privately funded and publicly funded family work. This will include matrimonial finance, divorce, children matters, pre and post nuptial agreements.
