Job summary

Pearson Whiffin Recruitment Group is assisting a prestigious Chambers and Legal 500 family firm in Guildford as they recruit an associate with 3-5 years' PQE in private family law. The role involves handling financial aspects of divorce, child arrangements, protecting matrimonial assets, and advising on a broad range of financial matters for domestic and international clients.

The successful candidate will have a track record of managing their own caseload with limited supervision and experience

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' pqe in family law.
• Experience managing own caseload with limited supervision.
• Experience handling high-net-worth (HNW) clients.

Responsibilities

An opportunity has arisen to join an award winning Chambers and Legal 500 family firm based in Guildford. The firm have a strong reputation in the area of family law and are looking for an associate with 3-5pqe , this could be gained from a London or rated regional practice.

The work covers a wide range of private family law to include financial aspects of divorce, child arrangements, protecting matrimonial assets and a wide range of financial matters. You will have gained experience of managing your own caseload with limited supervision and have the experience of working with HNW families and individuals.

The work also has a range of national and international clients and would suit an individual who enjoys business development and client retention.
