Job summary

Law Staff is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join their well-established Family Law team in London, with hybrid working arrangements. The role covers Care Proceedings, Private Children Law, domestic abuse matters, divorce and financial remedy proceedings, and other family law issues.

You will contribute to a supportive team that values development, with a firm-provided laptop and mobile, healthcare, and regular appraisals.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with Family Law experience.
• Experience with Private Children Law and divorce proceedings.
• Strong advocacy and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle Care Proceedings and Public Law Outline (PLO) matters.
• Manage Private Children Law disputes including child arrangements and parental responsibility.
• Handle Domestic abuse matters including Non-Molestation and Occupation Orders.
• Oversee Divorce and financial remedy proceedings.
• Address general family law issues including cohabitation disputes.
• Undertake advocacy work when required.

• Care Proceedings and Public Law Outline (PLO) matters
• Private Children Law disputes, including child arrangements and parental responsibility issues
• Domestic abuse matters, including Non-Molestation Orders and Occupation Orders
• Divorce and financial remedy proceedings
• General family law matters, including issues affecting unmarried couples and cohabitation disputes
• Undertake advocacy work when required
