Job summary

Guildford Chambers & Family Law Firm is seeking an associate with 3-5 PQE in family law to join their award-winning practice in Guildford. The role involves managing your own caseload across private family matters, including financial remedies and children, with exposure to HNW clients and international matters.

The successful candidate will contribute to business development and client retention while benefiting from clear career progression and hybrid working arrangements.

Qualifications

• 3-5 PQE in family law
• Experience managing your own caseload with limited supervision
• Experience handling private family matters including financial aspects and children
• Experience with high-net-worth families and individuals
• Interest in business development and client retention

Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of private family law matters including financial remedies and children arrangements
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, focusing on retention and referrals
• Contribute to business development activities to grow the practice

An opportunity has arisen to join an award winning Chambers and Legal 500 family firm based in Guildford. The firm have a strong reputation in the area of family law and are looking for an associate with 3-5pqe , this could be gained from a London or rated regional practice.

The work covers a wide range of private family law to include financial aspects of divorce, child arrangements, protecting matrimonial assets and a wide range of financial matters. You will have gained experience of managing your own caseload with limited supervision and have the experience of working with HNW families and individuals.

The work also has a range of national and international clients and would suit an individual who enjoys business development and client retention.
