Job summary

Henderson Scott Limited is seeking a Family Lawyer to join its highly regarded Chippenham team. You will handle high-value and complex Family matters with strong client relationships in a collaborative Wiltshire environment.

The role offers flexible full or part-time options with hybrid working (2/3 days in the office) and exposure to international aspects in some cases.

Qualifications

• Experience across a broad spectrum of Family law.
• Strong negotiation and dispute resolution skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage a broad range of Family matters including financial remedies, matrimonial finance, children matters, divorce and separation.
• Provide strategic advice and negotiate complex settlements.
• Develop business and contribute to the growth of the Family team.

Family Lawyer

Location: Chippenham
Salary: £48,000-£90,000+ DOE
Working: Full or part-time | Hybrid - 2/3 days office

A highly regarded, Chambers and Legal 500 recognised regional law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Family Lawyer to join its growing Chippenham team.

This is an opportunity to work on high-value and complex Family matters, with the quality of work you'd expect from a larger city practice while benefiting from a supportive, collaborative Wiltshire environment.

The Role

You will handle a broad range of Family matters, including:

• Complex financial remedies
• High-value matrimonial finance
• Multi-jurisdictional assets
• International relocation
• Offshore trusts and structures
• Children matters
• Divorce and separation
• Injunctions
• Nuptial agreements

The team regularly advises on matters involving £10m+ asset portfolios, providing exposure to sophisticated and high-value work.

You'll have the opportunity to develop strong client relationships, contribute to business development and play an active role in the continued growth of the Family team.
