Family Solicitor
Location: Swansea or Cardiff, South Wales
Salary: Up to £50,000 (DOE)
Working Arrangement: Hybrid

About the Role
A great opportunity has arisen for a Family Solicitor with NQ-4 years’ PQE to join a well-regarded team based in either Swansea or Cardiff. This position offers a mix of privately funded family work and the chance to grow with a supportive and ambitious practice. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a caseload of divorce, financial remedy, private children, and cohabitation matters.
• Supporting clients through sensitive family disputes with empathy and professionalism.
• Drafting legal documents including consent orders, parenting agreements, and financial statements.
• Attending court hearings and negotiating settlements where appropriate.
• Assisting with business development and the promotion of family services.

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Be a qualified Solicitor with up to 4 years’ PQE in Family Law.
• Have solid experience managing your own files or assisting on complex cases.
• Demonstrate excellent communication, advocacy, and drafting skills.
• Be empathetic, organised, and passionate about family law.
