You will provide supervision and guidance, run regular team meetings and case reviews, develop training, liaise with external agencies, and ensure robust case management and compliant documentation.

Qualificações

• A recognized social work qualification (CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent).
• Significant post-qualifying experience in social work, particularly in child protection or family services.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills with a proven track record of managing and developing teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups.
• Sound knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and frameworks related to children's services.

Responsabilidades

• Providing supervision and guidance to social workers, ensuring adherence to best practices and compliance with relevant policies.
• Conducting regular team meetings and case reviews to assess progress and address challenges.
• Developing and implementing training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
