Location: Gloucester (and travel to the Stroud office)

They are seeking a Family Solicitor with at least 8+ PQE to join their team.

Role Responsibilities

• Managing a busy caseload in private family law, including divorce and finance matters.
• Attending court hearings and advocating for clients.
• Meeting clients and providing compassionate, professional support.
• Contributing to the development of the department and firm activities like marketing, article writing, and networking.
• Supporting and mentoring junior staff as a senior team member.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 8+ PQE with relevant family law experience.
• Excellent knowledge of divorce and financial proceedings.
• Resolution membership or similar accreditation desirable.
• Strong communication, IT skills, and commercial awareness.
• Compassionate, organized, and ambitious with a proactive approach.
