Job summary

CareMatchr Ltd. seeks a Team Manager for our Family Safeguarding Team to lead, support and develop dedicated social care professionals delivering outcomes for children and families.

You will build strong relationships within the team and with partners to ensure timely, budget-conscious service delivery in line with policies and procedures, while providing quality supervision to social workers and championing the needs of children and families.

Qualifications

• Social Work England registration is required.
• Enhanced DBS disclosure.
• DFE Post Qualification Experience (PQE) required.
