Role and Facility Information

A newly developed medical clinic in the heart of Surrey, first established in 2023. We are a physician-owned and operated clinic, and we currently have a team of 5 family doctors and 1 endocrinologist.

Our goal as a clinic is to provide the highest level of patient care, while providing the most satisfying and fulfilling workplace environment for our physicians. Our team is rounded out by 5 experienced MOAs, all who strive to provide efficient and friendly patient care to augment our practice. We also have an on-site pharmacy, which is an infinite resource to our physicians and our patients.

As big proponents of work-life balance, our clinic hours are completely flexible, depending on the individual physician's needs.

We offer a mix of MSP, ICBC, and WCB patients along with cosmetics and an interesting procedure clinic. Our family physicians are all currently on the LFP pay model. Remuneration is based on an 80/20 split. We would consider a new to practice contract.

The clinic is using Med Access EMR, which has been customized to provide streamlined workflows intended to reduce physician workload and burnout. We have access to online booking and patient reminders, televisits, Dragon Dictation, and brand new dual-screen desktops in each room.

The clinic itself is high quality, with an elegant patient-oriented design. We currently have 8 patient rooms, including a procedure room, and 2 washrooms, and a staff lunchroom. Due to our unique location, we have an abundance of free parking for all our patients.

Our office has sponsored numerous new to practice physicians and IMGs, all of whom continue to practice with us at this time. We are planning to build another 8 rooms in the next 6 months and we are looking for passionate and dedicated physicians to join our family. This would provide a unique opportunity for prospective physicians to practice in a newly built facility with an efficient and successful system.
