The Surrey Clinic, part of Health Match BC, is an integrated youth services initiative for ages 12-24 and their families. It sits centrally near transit, universities and schools and will be our largest clinic to date.
A Family Physician will work with an interdisciplinary team to meet primary care needs through a holistic youth-centered lens. Telemedicine options are available at the outset, with hours Monday to Saturday 9:00 am–7:00 pm and scheduling to align with the FP contract requirements.
This Surrey Clinic is an integrated youth services (IYS) initiative for youth ages 12-24 and their families. Centrally located near public transit, universities and schools, it will be our largest Clinic opened to date. Our Surrey Clinic aims to remove barriers and improve care pathways for youth by supporting co-location and integrating existing resources and services for five core streams: physical and sexual health, mental health, substance use, peer support and social services. With over 30 community partnerships and programs integrating into the Clinic, the Family Physician will work alongside an interdisciplinary team of service providers to meet the primary care needs of young people through a holistic, youth-centered and trauma-informed lens.
PCN/APP FP contract. In addition to the FP contract, the ministry will provide the Clinic with the overhead.
