Job summary

Gamlingay Village Primary in Bedfordshire is seeking an exceptional Family Partnership Lead to join our ambitious team. This permanent role (32.5 hours per week) focuses on strengthening home-school relationships, supporting families and removing barriers to learning so that every child can achieve their best.

• Help identify and overcome barriers that may impact children’s learning and success.
• Provide guidance, support and signposting for families when needed.
• Develop opportunities for parental engagement and community involvement.

FAMILY PARTNERSHIP LEAD

Salary: NJC Scale Level 4 TA points 12 to 15 (£28,598 to £30,024 per annum FTE - pay award pending). Actual salary £24,198.31 per annum

Contract: Permanent, 32.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday 08.15 to 15.15 with a 30 minute unpaid break. Term time plus 2 training days in September and October (38.4 weeks per year).

Start date: As soon as possible
