Responsibilities

• Establish, grow and develop your practice area, setting its strategic direction.
• Build and lead a team over time, recruiting lawyers and support staff as the practice grows.

• Work closely with the firm's leadership team on planning, performance and growth.
• Develop and grow your own caseload, building the department's client base and market presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with referrers, introducers, professional contacts and existing clients.
