Knightsbridgerecruitment is seeking an experienced Property Manager in London to join a dynamic, rapidly expanding finance business. You will take ownership of a high-end residential portfolio, coordinating with household teams and external contractors to maintain exceptional standards of service.

The role offers autonomy, variety, and strategic involvement, with a salary up to £80K DOE. A first-class academic background and proven experience in high-net-worth properties are highly valued.

Formación

• Degree classification of 2.1 or above from a Russell Group university.
• Five years’ experience within the property sector.
• Experience with luxury or super-prime properties is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Preparing residences for clients, family and guests, coordinating with household teams and external contractors.
• Ensuring all building safety and compliance is up to date, including fire safety, health and safety, insurance and landlord obligations.
• Managing relationships with agents, tenants, and managing agents.
• Monitoring property performance and expenditure, including utilities.
• Reporting to the Property Director, tracking outstanding works and helping to continuously improve portfolio management.
