Apollo is seeking an Analyst to support its Global Family Office (GFO) sales team within EMEA. GFO is part of Global Wealth Management Solutions (GWMS), a sales channel within Apollo’s broader Client & Product Solutions (CPS) ecosystem, offering wealth management solutions across yield, hybrid, equity, and retirement services beyond public markets. The Analyst will collaborate closely with the EMEA GFO team to drive regional sales strategies and coordinate with US and APAC counterparts on joint initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities:
  1. Partner with EMEA GFO Sales Team Associates to support senior team members in capital raising efforts.
  2. Coordinate with global product specialists and investor relations teams for LP requests and marketing materials.
  3. Manage investor research and prepare materials for roadshows, presentations, and pitches.
  4. Stay updated on product performance, providing aftersales support, especially for evergreen products.
  5. Lead operational support on product structuring, marketing requests, and updating materials.
  6. Attend research meetings, compile summaries, and track follow-ups and deadlines.
  7. Manage Salesforce/CRM activities and data requests.
  8. Provide professional client service, embodying Apollo’s core values.
  9. Contribute to strategic discussions and collaborate with colleagues, investment teams, and external partners.
  10. Develop client account ownership and build industry relationships for sales support.
  11. Coordinate client onboarding and outreach for fundraising.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant sales, marketing, or investor relations experience in asset management, family office, or investment banking.
  • Undergraduate degree from a top-tier university.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets; knowledge of private markets (private credit, infrastructure, real estate, private equity) is a plus.
  • Proactive, accountable, and results-oriented.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships and credibility.
  • Ability to multitask with attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing effectively and meeting deadlines.
