Investment Associate / Analyst, Private Market Investments, Family Office, Abu Dhabi

Our client, an Emirati family office based in Abu Dhabi, is seeking an analyst / associate to support the investment team of a large Abu Dhabi conglomerate in private market investments, including PE, VC, and Real Estate.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage day-to-day execution and implementation of transactions assigned by senior deal team members.
2. Coordinate with senior team members on investment opportunity assessments, structuring, financing, and complex transactions/projects.
3. Oversee transaction process management, including valuation and due diligence analyses.
4. Structure, coordinate, and execute all due diligence workstreams.
5. Assist in preparing investment analysis documentation, such as investment memoranda and PowerPoint presentations.
6. Monitor portfolio companies, including preparing for and attending management diligence sessions and reporting internally.
7. Support daily asset management activities of the existing real estate portfolio.
8. Contribute to business development by maintaining a pipeline of prospects, conducting research, and supporting internal presentations and investment strategy.

Requirements:

1. 2-4 years of experience at a top-tier financial institution, currently working in Investment Banking/M&A Advisory or Private Equity.
2. Strong academic background.
3. Understanding of private equity, venture capital, and/or real estate market dynamics is advantageous.
4. Desire to work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial organization.
