Role: FAMILY LAW SOLICITORS - MULTIPLE LEVELS | HYBRID WORKING

Location: Manchester | Sheffield | Bristol | Stratford-upon-Avon

Salary: £34,000 - £59,000 DOE + Bonus + Top-Tier Benefits

Responsibilities

1. Manage a varied caseload of family matters (divorce, finances, child arrangements, pre/post-nups).
2. Take ownership of files from instruction to conclusion, supported by admin and secretarial teams.
3. Utilize modern case management systems to stay organized.
4. Meet individual and team targets in a client-focused environment.
5. Mentor junior solicitors and contribute to leadership, strategy, and development of the family law function.

Candidate Profile

• Qualified Solicitor or CILEX with solid family law experience.
• Experience in handling privately funded matters (no legal aid work).
• Ability to meet chargeable time/billing targets while providing excellent client service.
• Strong IT and case management skills.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, collaborative.
• Confident, resilient, and eager for growth and change.
