• Manage your own caseload across Private Family matters.
• Handling divorce and financial matters, private law children matters, and domestic violence matters.
• Prepare legal documentation, negotiate with opposing parties, and attend court hearings.
• Conduct advocacy and ensure timely file management within Legal Aid and CCMS requirements.
