Overview

Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a well-known professional law firm based in South Yorkshire, which is in need of a Family Solicitor. The firm is open to individuals with 3-5 year PQE in Family Law. They can pay a salary of £35,000 - £55,000 per annum depending upon experience.

Base pay range

This range is provided by Service Care Solutions. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Key Responsibilities

• Stay updated on legislative changes, case law, and best practice in family law and financial remedy.
• Attend at Court, mediations and meetings and preparing detailed notes and minutes as required.
• Handle a caseload of complex financial disputes, including high-net-worth and business asset matters.
• Drafting of documents including correspondence and Court documents.
• Holiday Pay.
