Executive Connect LTD is seeking a Family Law Solicitor to join a busy Blackburn practice. The role is full-time and hybrid, handling both privately and publicly funded cases with client care at the forefront.

You will manage a varied caseload from instruction to conclusion, including advocacy where appropriate, and contribute to Lexcel and SRA standards compliance. A minimum of 1 year PQE and strong family law knowledge are required.

We are looking for a Family Law Solicitor to join a busy, family and immigration specialist law firm located in the heart of Blackburn town centre. We are a Resolution and Lexcel-accredited law firm. We pride ourselves on delivering clear, practical legal advice with a personal touch.

As our firm continues to grow, we're expanding our Family Law Department and are looking for committed and capable solicitors to join our team.

The Role

This is a full-time role involving both privately and publicly funded cases. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload, provide high-quality client care, and handle matters from initial instruction through to conclusion, including advocacy where appropriate.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling a caseload of family law matters
• Advising clients on funding options and assessing financial eligibility (Legal Aid)
• Instructing and liaising with counsel, experts, and third parties
• Representing clients in court and conducting advocacy when required
• Delivering compassionate and clear advice to often vulnerable clients
• Ensuring compliance with Lexcel and SRA standards
