Our client, a well-established and respected regional law firm, is looking for a junior to mid-level family law solicitor to join their team.

The role involves handling a varied caseload focusing on all aspects of family law, with existing cases, and offers fantastic opportunities for progression.

Requirements:

• Sound knowledge and experience in all aspects of private family law, including divorce, separation, financial arrangements (by agreement/consent or contested proceedings), pre- and post-nuptial/registration agreements, cohabitation agreements, cohabitee disputes, and issues related to children.
• Highly organized, familiar with regulatory compliance procedures, Lexcel, and ISO standards.
• Ability to maintain billing levels according to targets.
• Excellent IT skills, proficient with case management systems and software.
• A team player with a focus on developing and maintaining excellent client relationships and client care.
• Proactive, with a keen interest in business development and team development.
