FAMILY LAW FOCUS
At Frasia Wright Associates, we are currently handling a range of challenging and exciting family law opportunities and are seeing an increase in demand for family law specialists within the profession at all levels throughout Scotland. - Family Law – Stirling (17001): Manage a varied caseload including matrimonial matters, guardianships, and adoptions. Requires at least 2 years’ PQE, strong communication skills, and a proactive, empathetic approach. Primarily office-based, but alternative arrangements may be considered.
- Family Law – Edinburgh or Glasgow (16998): Handle complex family law cases, especially financial provisions for medium to high net-worth clients. Requires at least 5 years’ PQE, LSS accreditation preferred. Flexible working arrangements available.
- Family Law – Edinburgh / Glasgow / Inverness / Elgin (16985): Advise on divorce, financial settlements, cohabitation, and pre/post-nuptial agreements. Open to NQ level and above, with experience in financial provision and child law. Hybrid working across multiple locations.
- Family Law (Dispute Resolution) – Glasgow (16912): Provide legal advice on divorce and child contact issues. Requires at least 2 years’ PQE, strong negotiation skills. Full-time with part-time options; occasional Edinburgh attendance may be required.
- Family Law – North Lanarkshire (16221): Manage cases including separation, divorce, residence, child contact, and adoptions. Open to NQ to 5 years’ PQE. Hybrid and flexible working offered.
- Family Law – Berwick (16780): Handle cases such as divorce, child custody, and adoption. Open to newly qualified solicitors with family court experience. Flexible office hours.
- Family Law & Civil – Morayshire (16567): Manage a varied caseload including financial matters, child custody, divorce, and civil litigation. Requires 2–5 years’ PQE, experience in litigation and mediation. Initially office-based, with future flexibility.
