NQ-Partner, Dispute Resolution – Edinburgh (Assignment 17257)

  • Join a top-tier litigation team handling public sector cases, including judicial reviews, appeals, and public inquiries.
  • Open to solicitors from NQ to Partner level with a strong interest in public and administrative law.
  • Offers career growth, flexible work culture, and a values-driven environment.

Family Law (Dispute Resolution) – Glasgow (Assignment 16574)

  • Handle a range of family law matters including divorce, child law, and cohabitation disputes.
  • Requires 5+ years’ PQE, strong independent case management, and advocacy experience or interest.
  • Full-time role with flexible/part-time options in a growing, supportive team.

Senior Associate/Partner, Dispute Resolution – Glasgow (Assignment 15650)

  • Senior role involving complex litigation, including insolvency, commercial, and property disputes.
  • Requires 7+ years’ PQE with a strong litigation track record and leadership skills.
  • Full-time position offering career progression in a dynamic, award-winning firm.

Experienced Litigator – Glasgow (Assignment 16797)

  • Seeking 4+ years’ PQE at Associate/Partner level with strong client and business development skills.
  • Offers hybrid work (1 day WFH) in a collaborative boutique firm.
  • Broad civil litigation role covering contract, property, negligence, and some criminal defence cases.
  • Open to candidates from NQ to Senior Associate with general litigation experience.
  • Exposure to Sheriff Court and Tribunals preferred; full-time with hybrid options.

Personal Injury (RTA, EL/PL) – Edinburgh/Glasgow (Assignment 16766)

  • Manage complex, high-value personal injury claims including RTA, EL/PL, and hire cases.
  • Requires 5+ years’ PQE with litigation expertise and strong procedural knowledge.
  • Supervise a legal team, assess liability/quantum, and negotiate settlements.
