Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive in England & Wales.
• Approximately 2–4 years’ PQE in family law.
• Experience managing private family law matters with independence.
• Strong understanding of divorce, financial remedies and private children matters.
• Excellent drafting, organisational and case management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of private family law matters.
• Advise on divorce and dissolution.
• Handle financial remedy matters and related proceedings.
• Manage private children matters.
• Advise on cohabitation and nuptial agreements.
• Draft documents, correspondence and case-related paperwork.
• Provide clear, practical and sensitive advice to clients.
