We’relooking for a Family Help Practitioner to join our dynamic and supportive team in the North locality of East Riding of Yorkshire Council. This is a fantastic opportunity to work directly with families who have complex and interacting needs, helping them to build resilience, achieve positive change, and reduce the need for statutory intervention.
Driffield Children Centre will be the main base, however, there are other family hubs within the north area, including Market Weighton and Bridlington where you may be required to travel.
