Job summary

  • Ensure children and families receive early intervention before needs escalated.

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Family Help Practitioner to join our Early Help Front Door Team within MASH (Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub). This is an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of our Early Help service, ensuring families receive the right support at the right time.
As part of the Early Help Front Door Team, you will be the first point of contact for families and professionals seeking support. You will respond quickly and effectively to requests for help, gathering information, assessing needs, and identifying the most appropriate interventions to improve outcomes for children and families.
About the Role

You will:

  • Work within the MASH environment as part of the Early Help Front Door Team.
