Job summary

Ark Kings Academy is seeking a Family Liaison Officer to work with pupils, families and school staff to improve attendance and communication, while supporting families in overcoming barriers to education. You will collaborate with external agencies to safeguard children and ensure they have access to full-time education.

The postholder contributes to safeguarding at the heart of the school’s ethos and helps create a culture where attendance and engagement are central to pupil success.

Qualifications

• Experience working with families and pupils.
