A mission-driven social enterprise is seeking a Family Connections Worker in Kent. This part-time role involves delivering interventions for adults and young men in the Criminal Justice system, focusing on strengthening family bonds and improving wellbeing. You’ll work within a supportive team, conduct assessments, and manage cases effectively. Ideal candidates will exhibit client-centered skills and adaptability. Salary: £24,000 per annum

As a Family Connections Worker based in Kent, you'll work 17.5 hours per week, primarily remotely, as part of a flexible team delivering Forward Trust's Family & Significant Others interventions within the wider Personal Wellbeing Service. You'll support adult and young men across the Criminal Justice system to strengthen family relationships, build resilience, and improve overall wellbeing.
