Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure Ltd in Oxford is seeking a passionate Family Activity Supervisor to lead a team delivering children’s activities with structure and enthusiasm, including Core Club programmes, Holiday Active Programmes and children's parties.

You will require a qualification in teaching, childcare or sports coaching, strong communication and customer service, and a commitment to safety as outlined in our Children’s Safety Guide.

Qualifications

• Qualification in teaching, childcare or sports coaching discipline.
• Ability to lead a group of children with confidence and energy and deliver excellent customer service.
• Ensure all services delivered to children meet the Children's Safety Guide requirements.
• Strong communication and interaction skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver children’s activities including Core Club Programme, Holiday Active Programmes and children’s parties.
• Lead the team to deliver activities with structure and enthusiasm.
• Encourage maximum participation of children.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and supervision standards.

About you:

As a Family Activity Supervisor:

• You must have a qualification in a relevant teaching, childcare or sports coaching discipline
• Be able to lead and manage a group of children with confidence and energy and demonstrate excellence in customer service
• Ensuring that all services delivered to children meet all requirements of the Children's Safety Guide at all times
• Have overall great communication and interaction skills
