A leading shipbuilding company in Falmouth is seeking a mid-senior level Naval Architect to work on innovative projects. You will liaise with class authorities, respond to technical challenges, and produce high-quality engineering documents. The ideal candidate has a degree in Naval Architecture or similar and 5+ years of marine experience. This full-time role offers a collaborative environment and the chance to live in beautiful Cornwall.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in a marine role.
• Strong first principles and structural calculation skills.
• Surveying experience with class societies.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with class and flag authorities throughout projects.
• Produce high-quality technical reports and engineering documents.
• Support inclining experiments and sea trials.
