Job summary

Butlins in Skegness is seeking a Leisure Attendant to join our brand new fairground and soft play teams. This fixed-term role runs from 16 October to 29 October, working 16 hours across the period, and focuses on guest safety, supervision, and delivering a fun Butlins experience.

You will be part of a supportive team with buddy systems for new starters, training to gain the skills and confidence to get involved, and a DBS check as part of safeguarding and recruitment procedures.

• As a leisure attendant you're responsible for the safety of every guest who attends our rides and activities, by checking they're secure, supervising at all times, height restrictions along with appropriate guardians when needed, keeping everything tidy and hazard free, inspections and of course making sure everyone is enjoying their Butlins experience.

Our fairground teams create unforgettable experiences for our guests and we are currently looking for amazing team members to join us in our Leisure department. You will be working in our brand new fairground and soft play.

Working alongside a fantastic team and our buddy systems for new starters, we will support you every step of the way to ensure you gain the skills and confidence to truly get stuck in.
