Butlin's Skegness invites you to a Team Member Plus interview drop-in session. You’ll work across the resort, supporting different teams to deliver a fantastic guest experience. Mondays and Fridays involve cleaning guest accommodation, with other days spent in restaurants, buffets, bars or shops, possibly across multiple areas.

This is a permanent, all‑year‑round contract at £13.71 per hour, with growth opportunities toward team leader and management roles.

As a Team Member Plus, you won’t be tied to one department. Instead, you’ll work across the resort supporting different teams and helping deliver a fantastic experience for our guests.

No two days are the same. You’ll spend Mondays and Fridays cleaning guest accommodation, with the rest of your week taking you into areas like restaurants & quick-serve food, buffets, bars & shops. There may be times you’ll work in more than one of these areas.

What We Offer

Pay Rate: £13.71 per hour
