Job summary

University of Greenwich is seeking two detail-oriented Faculty Standards and Conducts Officers to join our team. One role will be based at the Greenwich campus and one at the Medway campus, reporting to the Faculty Standards and Conducts Manager.

You will support academic quality processes, coordinate ethics reviews and hearings, and manage quality assurance for examinations and accreditations. The post emphasizes confidentiality, accuracy and student-centred service.

• Support the faculty's academic quality processes, including liaising with academic staff, organising ethics committee reviews, supporting assessment misconduct hearings, and quality assurance for examinations and accreditations.
• Contribute to document preparation for programme approvals and help coordinate logistics for accreditation events and committees.

We are seeking two detail-oriented and proactive Faculty Standards and Conducts Officers to join our dedicated team, one will be based at our Greenwich campus and one at our Medway campus. Reporting to the Faculty Standards and Conducts Manager, this key role will support the faculty’s academic quality processes with a particular focus on examinations, ethics, assessment misconduct, and the coordination of external examiner and invigilator processes. You will be an essential part of the faculty’s student success and governance infrastructure.

The successful candidate will play an integral role in supporting and administering academic standards processes, including liaising with academic staff, organising ethics committee reviews, supporting assessment misconduct hearings, and quality assurance for examinations and accreditations. You will also contribute to document preparation for programme approvals and help coordinate logistics for accreditation events and committees.
