Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, is seeking a Recruitment Manager (Faculty) to lead faculty recruitment, working closely with senior academic leaders to attract world-class academics.

You will oversee end-to-end recruitment, advise on practices and regulations, and build international networks while ensuring a high-standard candidate experience. Hybrid role with substantial impact on strategic hiring.

Qualifications

• Significant recruitment expertise within a complex academic environment.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders at a strategic level.
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment legislation and inclusive selection processes.
• Experience of budgeting, leading teams and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve faculty recruitment processes.
• Partner with senior academic stakeholders to shape recruitment strategies.
• Advise on recruitment practices, employment law and university policy.
• Develop international talent networks and strengthen employer branding.
• Produce recruitment analytics, market intelligence and reporting for strategic decisions.
• Forecast and manage a faculty recruitment budget of approximately £2.5 million.
• Lead and develop the Recruitment Partner (Faculty).
