The Faculty Assistant provides a broad range of administrative support, including acting as a course administrator for teaching on degree and other programmes. The role involves assisting faculty members and working closely with the administrative team to ensure a high-quality experience for students, faculty, and staff.
The research at the school covers all aspects of Finance, including Financial Regulation, Corporate Finance, Portfolio Investments, Capital Markets, Fixed-Income, Derivative Instruments, Household Finance, and Mergers and Corporate Re-Organisations.
Please note, during the probation period, this role will require on-site attendance for 4 days per week. Afterwards, the role will be based on-campus 3 days per week. You may be required to work some evenings and weekends.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract.
London Business School supports Smart Working, a hybrid approach to work, requiring a minimum of two days on campus each week to foster community. During the probation period, on-campus attendance is expected 4 days per week, then 3 days thereafter, plus business needs.
Operating hours are 'core hours' from 10:00 to 15:00 to facilitate team connection. Outside these hours, meetings or collaboration may be required. Protected Time is offered weekly for learning, wellbeing, or focused work.
