Job summary

ENS Recruitment is seeking Manufacturing Production Assemblers for our client in Southend-on-Sea, Essex. This is a full-time temporary position in the quality control department, with a typical duration of three months and a review for permanent placement.

You'll assemble small components and wiring, perform basic quality checks, and follow detailed instructions. Full training will be provided, with hours Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:45pm, on-site.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within manufacturing, production or assembly environments.
• Experience assembling small components or soldering is beneficial but not essential.
• Excellent manual dexterity with nimble fingers and a steady hand.
• Good eyesight and strong attention to detail.
• A reliable and positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Precise assembly of small components and wiring in various manufacturing departments.
• Follow detailed assembly instructions and quality checks to ensure high standards.
• Soldering tasks (training provided where required).

We're recruiting Manufacturing Production Assemblers to join a successful and long standing manufacturing company in Southend-on-Sea. If you have experience in manufacturing or assembly-or you're someone with excellent dexterity, a steady hand, and a willingness to learn-this could be an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within a supportive team.

What you'll be doing

Working in one of several manufacturing departments, you'll be assembling small, intricate components and wiring to produce high-quality products. Your day-to-day duties may include:

• Precision assembly of small components
• Working with delicate wires and intricate parts
• Soldering (training provided where required)
• Following detailed assembly instructions
• Carrying out quality checks to ensure high standards

What we're looking for

You'll be someone who enjoys detailed, hands-on work and takes pride in producing high-quality results.

Working hours

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00am - 4:45pm
• Full-time hours only (part-time hours are not available)

Due to the company's location on an industrial estate, candidates living locally to Southend-on-Sea are preferred.
