Job summary

The Exchange is hiring Operators for its packing team at Manor Park in Runcorn. You will load materials, check quality, and pack products with accurate labelling for each department.

The role operates Monday to Friday on rotating shifts (mornings, afternoons, and nights) with weekly pay and in-house payroll support. Expected duties include ensuring correct colour-coding, assisting with quality checks, and contributing to a smooth production flow.

Qualifications

• Experience working on packing lines or manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Ability to follow quality checks and safety procedures.
• Willingness to rotate shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Job description

Our client, a leading name in their industry, are looking for Operators to join their successful packing team at their factory in Manor Park, Runcorn.

Duties include:

• Loading raw materials into the machines
• Quality checking/assessing products once it has been moulded
• Packing stock into boxes
• Labelling boxes ensuring they are colour coded for right department

The job operates on Monday to Friday; working Rotating Shifts.

• Mornings: 6:45am until 2:45pm
• Afternoons: 2:45pm until 10:45pm
• Nights: 10:45pm until 6:45am

The rate of pay is £12.71 for Days, and £13.21 per hour for Nights.
