Position: Factory Operative Job Type: Temporary to Permanent Location: Worcester Salary: £12.73 per hour Pure Staff are currently recruiting for a Factory Operative on behalf of our fantastic and long-standing client based in Worcester.

Your Role as a Factory Operative As a Factory Operative, your duties will include: Working in a designated area assembling and trimming metal parts Using small precision hand tools, such as files, to shape products to specification Working towards daily and weekly production targets Maintaining a clean and organised work area Following all site safety procedures Full training provided.

Requirements Ability to use hand tools (training provided) Good attention to detail Able to work efficiently and towards targets Reliable, punctual and hard-working Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Pay & Shifts £12.73 per hour Monday Friday 08:00 - 16:00
