Job summary

QS Recruitment Ltd. is seeking Factory Operatives for upcoming temporary and ongoing assignments in the Mansfield area. Duties include production line work, assembly or packing, loading/unloading materials, basic quality checks, and operating simple machinery.

Role offers temporary and ongoing opportunities with potential temp-to-perm, shifts may vary (day/afternoon/night). You will accrue up to 28 days of holiday pay and UK rights to work are required.

Qualifications

• Previous factory, production or general industrial experience is preferred.
• Candidates must be reliable and able to follow instructions.
• A valid Right to Work in the UK is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate on production lines and assist with assembling or packing products.
• Load and unload materials as required and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Perform basic quality checks and operate simple machinery when required.
• Keep work areas tidy and comply with health and safety requirements.

Job Description

QS Recruitment is registering Factory Operatives for upcoming temporary and ongoing assignments across the Mansfield area.

Typical duties may include working on production lines, assembling or packing products, loading and unloading materials, carrying out basic quality checks, operating simple machinery and keeping the work area clean and safe.

Duration: Temporary and ongoing assignments, with potential temp-to-perm opportunities depending on the client.

Contract Type: Temporary

Hourly Rate: £12.71–£14.00 per hour, depending on assignment and shift pattern.You will also accrue up to 28 days’ holiday pay.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday.Day, afternoon and night shifts may be available depending on the assignment.

Experience & Qualifications

Previous factory, production or general industrial experience is preferred but not always essential.

Candidates must be reliable, able to follow instructions and comfortable working in a busy manufacturing environment.
