Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Dunblane is seeking a motivated Factory Operative to join our manufacturing team in the foam department, supporting production of office furniture and screens.

You will cut foam, operate machinery and tools, apply adhesives, assist with assembly and quality checks, and help meet daily targets while learning new skills across the factory.

Responsibilities

• Work within a factory team in the production of office furniture and screens.
• Cut foam, use power tools, operate machinery, and use equipment safely and efficiently according to established procedures
• Use spray, silicone, and glue to adhere foam to furniture & screens, preparing the items for upholstery.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and improve operational workflows
• Assisting with assembling, quality checking of finished products, packing items for delivery, working with a variety of materials. Following clear guidelines and instructions.

In this role, you will work in our foam department which is instrumental in supporting the production process of our Office Furniture and Screen products.
