Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement manufacturing strategies to achieve World Class standards.
• Promote lean manufacturing techniques such as 5S, VSM, TPM.
• Manage and motivate teams, fostering career development.
• Introduce processes to improve output and support EBITDA growth over the next three years.
• Lead the development of an agile, high-performing manufacturing function aligned with company growth objectives.

Essential Qualifications & Experience

• Senior-level experience (e.g., Operations Manager, Plant Manager, etc.).
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Proven track record of achieving World Class or Operational Excellence standards.
• Experience in fast-paced manufacturing environments with continuous improvement methodologies.
• Knowledge of WCM or Operational Excellence journeys.
• Health and Safety qualifications such as IOSH or NEBOSH.
• Degree qualification or equivalent experience.
